Specifications: AF demagnetizers
- Alternating Field: 0 to 100 mT
- biasing field of 0 to 0.2 mT, either as full ARM or partial ARM
- Measurement time: about one minute per step.
Specifications: Thermal demagnetizer
- Temperature Range: room temp to 1100K
- applied field of 0 to 0.2 mT
- Measurement time: about one hour per thermal step.
Specifications: ASC Pulse magnetizer
- Field: 0 to 1200 mT
- Measurement time: about one minute per step.
These magnetizers (or demagnetizers) are used to either
impart or remove a sample's magnetization, and can be used
in conjuction with the cryogenic magnetometer for a wide
variety of rock-magnetic applications.
